Authenticbest provides consulting services related to landscaping and composting. As consulting services are delivered upon engagement, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service delivery. We will review each request individually and respond within 10 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
